Lawyer Maximilien Gaslini has a dual nationality both Italian and French. He was admitted to the Paris bar in 2000 and to the Milan bar in 2003. For twenty years he has been advising Italian companies in their projects and business in France. He developed a global expertise which allows him to offer his clients a comprehensive view of the most complex operations, ensuring at the same time the best process of the small details. Maximilien Gaslini had a long going collaboration relationship with the Faculty of Law, University of Milan, for the planning and the running of the legal French lectures. He is also a lecturer for corporate French law at NIBI- New International Business Institute (Promos – Chamber of Trade of Milan).

He often conducts seminars in the field of and international corporate and employment law and he’s been granted of the Finance Monthly prize ‘Deal Maker of the Year’ for the operations of M&A carried out in 2017.
